OUR STORY
Finding a land suitable for residential plots didn’t happen overnight. About 15 years ago Suresh B R & Harish B our chairmen started SS Homes, the focus was on offering affordable residential plots in Bangalore. But the growing demand for the residential plots and size of operation led to birth of Futurearth Group, which is now considered as one of the key players in the real estate sector. We witnessed plots and buildings take shape in the last 15 years. Back then when so many investments in real estate sector looked worlds apart, we choose to look at common grounds.
We invested in areas that offered positive results and strengthen our presence in Bangalore. The scale of our operations spread across some of the iconic landmark projects of the residential plots, in the real-estate sector.
As the scale of our operations and team continued to grow, our commitment towards our customers remains unchanged.

In 2004 we translated our philosophy in to flagship project “Green Heaven” near Hesaraghatta road, Bangalore. The project combined our taste, aesthetics and social environment, that was well integrated with sustainable Business Practices. Back then we were Real-Estate novices, but that never stopped us from discovering new opportunities to leverage smart process for our long-term goals. As our business grew, we started acquiring more projects. By 2014 “Futurearth Group” ventured into luxury Villa & Villa plots segment. We now offer Bangalore customers a wide selection of plots under different projects. We offered great value for those who embraced quality over quantity.
By end of 2016 we implemented industry leading inventory management system to provide seamless property buying experience to our customers. In the years that followed, Futurearth Group enhanced the features and legal due diligence.
From one plotted development project, Futureath Group has grown into leading Real-Estate firm, offering unparalleled property buying experience to its customers.
